Apple Cranberry Walnut Stuffing

Combine stuffing cubes, cranberries, walnuts, and sage. Set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet. Add shallots, celery & apples. Season with salt & pepper. Cook 3-5 min.
Combine apple mixture with the stuffing. Add stock until everything is moist and sticks together.
Transfer stuffing to a large casserole dish.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes or until just browned on top and hot.
