Apple Crisp Cheesecake
Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.

Press into the bottom of a springform pan.

Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, flour, and cinnamon until smooth.

Spoon over crust.

Smooth with a spatula.

Add diced apples.

Mix brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and butter to make crumble topping.

Spread over top. Place pan of water on bottom rack of oven and pie above it. Bake about 1 hour.

Cool 1 hour then refrigerate at least 6 hours.

Drizzle with caramel for serving if desired.
