Apple Crisp In The Mini Cast Iron Pans
Core 2 apples

Peel using a serrated peeler

Make thin even slices

Add 1 tbsp of orange juice, 1/2 cup of sugar & mix until all apple slices are coated

Pour into 2 Mini Cast Iron pans & set aside

Add 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup oatmeal & 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix until crumbly

Pour mixture on top of the apples & bake @ 375*F for 30 minutes

Remove from oven and serve!
