Apple Pear Puff Pastry Galette
Add the lemon juice, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger powder to the sliced apples and pears

Roll out your puff pastry sheet 1/4 inches thick to a rough 12 inch circle

Layer the fruit nicely on top, leaving a dough border free

Once all the fruit is in the center, crimp edges of dough towards the fruit

Fold the dough over like this

Place pats of butter evenly on fruit filling

Brush the edges of dough with a beaten egg and bake at 200C (39OF) for 25-30 min until golden brown

Enjoy with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce 😍
