Apple Pie Overnight Oats
What you'll need
1/2 cup
Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon
Allspice
1 teaspoon
Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon
Flax Seeds
1/2 cup
Milk
1 teaspoon
Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons, diced small
Apple
Mix the oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, brown sugar & flax seeds in a bowl or canning jar.

Stir in milk, maple syrup, & diced apple. Seal with plastic wrap or a lid. Refrigerate 8+ hours.

Enjoy cold or warm. Top with more apple & cinnamon, if desired.
