Line a tart pan with your crust and poke it all over with a fork.

Add the second egg, and beat well again.

Add the vanilla and almond extracts.

Add the almond flour.

Finally, add the all-purpose flour.

Spread the frangipane filling evenly in the tart crust.

Stone and cut the apricots into quarters.

Toss the apricots in some honey.

Place the apricots onto the filling in a circular pattern.

Bake for 45 minutes, until the frangipane is puffed up and golden.
