Apricot Lavender No Churn Ice cream
Melt butter over medium heat

Add the apricots

And the food grade lavender

Simmer until a thick glaze forms and allow to cool

Place condensed milk in a bowl

Stir in a pinch of salt

Add the heavy cream to a large mixing bowl

vanilla then mix

to stiff peaks

Fold 1/2 cup of the cream into the condensed milk

Fold the condensed milk into the cream in 3 additions

Fill tin half way with cream mixture

Spoon half the apricots over

And toasted chopped hazelnuts (optional)

Cream, apricots

Hazelnuts then swirl, cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight

Then scoop out and enjoy

Sub- apricots for any fruit, hazelnuts for any nuts or seeds and lavender for any flavorings
