Asian Chicken Stew
Chop up 1 bunch of bok choy

Chop up 6 carrots

Chop green onions

Grate 1 table spoon of ginger root

Add 6 cloves of pressed garlic

Chop up 2 chicken breasts and add to the Rockcrok Dutch oven

Add in onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, flour, brown suger, Chinese 5 Spice, and chicken stock

Bake in oven at 315 degrees for 45 minutes

Add in carrots and cook 30 minutes more

Serve over Jasmine rice and garnish with green onion tops
