Asian Ground Pork Tacos

1 cup (sliced)
1 Tablespoon (chopped)
Chili Paste (Sambal Oelek)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves (minced)
1 tablespoon (minced)
Prep all of your ingredients before you begin.
Make the cabbage slaw by combining the sliced cabbage, lime juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Make the spicy mayo by whisking together the mayonnaise & sambal oelek. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil over medium. Add the minced garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute stirring often.
Add the ground pork and season with salt and pepper. Cook through, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Place ground pork into tortillas and top with cabbage slaw and spicy mayo.
