Au Gratin Potatoes with Bacon & Cheddar

Place half the potato slices into a baking dish.
Sprinkle on half of the cheddar cheese and bacon. Top with a second layer of potatoes.
Combine cream, milk, garlic, flour, salt & pepper. Pour evenly over the potatoes.
Cover. Bake 60 min. Remove cover and add cheese & bacon. Bake 5-10 min or until cheese is melted.
