Incline lat pulldowns: pull to top of chest & squeeze shoulder blades downward & together

Pull ups: all the way down & let the lats open before pulling up

Lat Pulldowns: pull to top of chest & hold while squeezing

Renegade Rows: row, row push-up. Keep back flat, core engaged & butt down

Cable Rows: inward let lats open all the way then pull back squeezing shoulder blades together

Stability ball Hyperextensions: make sure the ball is at the hips, extend squeezing the lower back
