Side view: this move involves doing the boxer step footwork, whilst moving the rope backwards.

Slow mo without the rope: transfer your weight from one foot to the other. Bring your arms backwards and forward whilst rotating your wrists.

2. Backwards boxer step crossover 😎

Side view: bring your arms back & then cross to loop the rope around you. Try to keep your arms near you & stay light on your feet

Arm movement wideout the rope: push backwards and then cross your arms👊🏼

3. Backwards run skip⚡️this is jogging on the spot, whilst moving your arms backwards.

Side view: push back with your arms to rotate the rope, keeping your arms in and stay light on your feet. 💯
