Bacon & Gouda Instant Pot Egg Bites
Cook bacon in a skillet until done but still pliable.

Break each slice into 2-3 pieces and place inside each well of an egg bites mold.

Blend together eggs, Gouda, cottage cheese, melted butter & salt.

Pour the egg mixture evenly into all the wells, leaving a small amount of space at the top.

Cover the mold with a paper towel, then wrap foil over the top. Add 1 cup water to instant pot.

Place mold on the trivet, seal. Cook high 8 min. Natural release 10 min. Carefully remove & enjoy!
