Bacon Breakfast Burritos
Ingredients: bacon, onions, eggs, black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, tortillas, salsa, avocado

Heat a large sauté pan. Add bacon pieces to the hot pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Once bacon is finished cooking, remove ¾ of the bacon grease from the pan. Sauté onions and egg in remaining tablespoon of bacon grease.

Once eggs are cooked, stir in black beans so they warm from the residual heat.

Crumble the bacon and assemble your burritos.
