Bacon Breakfast Fried Rice
In a pan, cook bacon. Keep the bacon fat in the pan!

Remove bacon from pan and set aside on paper towel to absorb grease.

Sauté your veggies in the bacon fat for about 5 minutes.

Push the veggies to one side of the pan and scramble your eggs on the other side.

Chop bacon and add it back to the pan.

Stir together and enjoy!

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if you like!
