Bacon Wrapped Popper Stuffed Meatloaf
1/2 Onion and 3 Jalapeños

Roughly chop into chunks

Pile it all in the Manual Food Processor

Processed Onions and Jalapeños

Melt some butter

Add onion and pepper mix

Soften vegetables

1/2 a package of softened cream cheese

Add some flavor!

Cream cheese with 3 onion rub

Grate some cheese, I used Monterey Jack

Cheese mixture

Add pepper and onion mix to the cheese and mix well

Create the bacon weave!

Form bottom half of meatloaf with ground beef. Leave a well for the cheese.

Add cheese mix filling

Top with more ground beef. Try to seal the edges.

Add a few strips of bacon, then wrap the weave around meatloaf tightly then flip over

Season the meatloaf with Crushed Peppercorn and Garlic rub

Place meatloaf in the refrigerator while preheating the grill

Place chilled meatloaf on the Small Rockcrok Grill Stone

Grill for about 30-40 min or until internal temp reaches 160F
