Once baked and let it cool down, Peel the skin off.

Add some cumin seeds, add 1 chopped onions

Then add 2 chopped tomatoes

Mix it well and cook it until the tomatoes are tendered.

Add 1 tbsp of garlic paste. If you like spicy you can add green chillies.

Mix it well and cook it for few seconds

Add 1 tsp tumeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1 tsp kashmiri powder salt.

Then transfer the eggplant. Cook it for few minutes
