Baked And Glazed Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs
the ingredients

in a bowl add ground turkey, panko, egg, scallion, ginger & garlic powders, toasted sesame oil and soy sauce

gently mix to combine

roll in small meatballs ~ dip fingers in cold water if the mixture is sticky

bake in a 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes

while the meatballs bake, make the teriyaki sauce ~ in a pot over medium high heat combine water, soy sauce, ginger & garlic powders and honey ~ stir

combine cornstarch and water to make a slurry to thicken the teriyaki sauce

and the cornstarch slurry to the gently boiling mixture in the pot ~ stir

cook for 1-2 minutes to thicken the sauce

in a sauté pan over medium heat add toasted sesame oil and chopped bell peppers ~ sauté for 2-3 minutes

add the meatballs to the pan

and the teriyaki sauce ~ stir to combine

sprinkle with slivered scallions and toasted sesame seeds

serve with rice
