Baked Beans With Tomato And Feta Cheese

Add olive oil, fresh chopped and peeled tomatoes, 2 cans of lima beans. (You can use canned plum tomatoes)
Season with salt and black pepper, dry basil, dry oregano.
Few cloves of garlic, red pepper flakes. More olive oil. Give it a nice stir.
Bake on 400F for 30 minutes. Add crumbled feta and back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle fresh parsley! Enjoy with crusted bread!
