Sauté garlic in olive until fragrant and stir in crushed tomatoes, salt, sugar, basil and red pepper flakes.

Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Chicken Ingredients: marinara, chicken breasts, egg white, panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper and mozzarella.

Combine panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.

Brush the beaten egg white over one side of the chicken.

Add chicken egg side down into crumb mix. Brush the other side of the chicken with egg white.

Flip chicken and make sure it is coated well.

Place chicken on rack on a baking sheet. Spray tops with olive oil and bake at 450F for 25 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp marinara sauce over each piece of chicken.

Spread it out to cover the tops of the chicken.

Add 2 tbsp of shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce then bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serve over spaghetti tossed with extra marinara.
