Baked Kale Chips
Wash and pat dry the leaves thoroughly
Trim the stem and tear the leaves into pieces (try and keep the size consistent for even bake)
Season the leaves with salt, pepper, red chili flakes, garlic powder, chaat masala, and olive oil
Rub/massage seasoning and oil into the leaves firmly yet gently with your hands
Line them on baking pans (without overlapping). Bake at 450 F (230C) until CRISPY, approx...
10-15 minutes, flipping the leaves halfway through.
Sprinkle more chaat masala and grated parmesan cheese as soon as these are out of the oven!!
