Rip leaves from a cleaned bunch of kale, and place in a bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and add salt.

Gently toss the kale to lightly coat with oil and distribute the salt.

Place in a single layer onto two baking sheets with a wire racks.

Without a wire rack, add 3-5 minutes to your baking time. (The rack makes them crispier!)

Bake at 275 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until crispy.

Enjoy immediately. Store any leftovers on your counter in a tightly sealed container.
