Baked Malai Boti Rolls

1/3 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp cream and oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 cup masala

Add 2 lbs of diced chicken, mix well and marinade for at least 30 minutes and upto 4 hours

Bake at 400 F for 6-8 minutes for small chicken pieces

2 tbsp each yogurt & water w. 1 cup mint, 1 tsp National cumin powder (roasted), 3 chillies, salt

Whisk chutney into 2 tbsp yogurt (makes it thicker!)

Slice onions and lettuce. Put onions in cold water for 10 minutes for a better taste!

Take the chicken out of the oven and cool a little!

Assemble with Roti or Wraps. Makes 6
