Heat up your olive oil in your Dutch oven or Rock Crok

Chop up the onion and pepper

Add your peppers and onions to the oil and cook until softened. About 3-4 minutes

Add the broth, orzo, tomatoes, chickpeas, rub, red pepper flakes, and salt. Bring to a simmer.

Remove from heat. Stir in the spinach. Cover and bake @ 400F until the liquid is absorbed and the orzo is soft.. about 14minutes.

Top with Feta and enjoy πŸ˜‹
