Baked Portobello Mushrooms with Cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. Wipe mushrooms clean & remove stems. Lightly oil a baking sheet & place mushrooms on top in a single layer, open side up.
Mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt & pepper in a bowl. Drizzle over the inside of each mushroom evenly. Top with a thin slice of butter.
Bake mushrooms for 15 mins. Mix together Parmesan & Mozzarella. After the 15 min, top with the cheese and return to the oven for 5 mins.
Once the cheese is golden and bubbly, remove the mushrooms from the oven, serve, and enjoy!
