Baked Potato Slices
Cut potatoes 3/4 inch thick

Brush olive oil onto each side

Start frying your bacon

Rotate your trays and flip your potatoes

Remove cooked bacon and remove excess grease

Brush bacon grease on your potatoes

Crumble bacon

Dice up green onions
