Baked Salmon with Tangy Cilantro and Scallion Sauce 🌿
Add cilantro and cold water to a food processor. Then, process until cilantro is roughly chopped.

For the sauce, add granulated sugar, soy sauce, hot chili oil, and sesame oil to a small bowl. Then whisk.

Next, oil a pan and add the salmon skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. Then, bake.

To make the sauce, add garlic to a hot skillet and sauté until just beginning to brown.

Add scallions and sauté briefly.

Add Chinese rice wine and reduce.

Add soy sauce mixture and simmer for 2 minutes. Then add 3/4 of processed cilantro. Stir to combine and remove from heat immediately.

Remove salmon from oven and top with sauce. Garnish with additional cilantro and scallions. Serve with desired sides.
