Baked Sticky Sesame Cauliflower
1 c soy sauce, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp of sesame oil, 2 tbsp of rice vinegar, grated garlic and ginger.

Whisk and let it simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch dissolved on water.

Keep whisking!It will start to thicken.

Add sesame seeds.

Voila! Sticky sauce is ready!

1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of cornstarch, 1 tsp of salt.

1/2 tsp black pepper and cold water.

Very thin batter.

Add cauliflower florets and combine well.

Transfer florets on a baking sheet pan.

Spray with oil and roast them on 400 degree for about 20 minutes.

Add sticky sauce over roasted cauliflower florets.

Serve with rice, chopped scallions, more sesame seeds and cucumbers.
