1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Generous seasoning (salt, pepper, chili, paprika, turmeric
Super easy sweet potato wedges that are a healthier side choice or just a delicious snack ✨

Peel the sweet potatoes

Dice into (roughly) even one inch chunks

Then let the wedges soak for 30 mins in cold water (or all day if you’re prepping ahead)

Drain and rinse the wedges before shaking dry for seasoning

In a mixing bowl, coat the wedges in olive oil and add your favourite seasonings

Spread the fries out on a lined baking tray

Bake for 35 minutes covered with foil at 450 degrees

Remove the foil, shake them up, and bake for another 15 minutes before plating up
