What you will need: a hand towel, several sturdy books, and a balance disc if you have one

L leg spiral on books! Try to hold spiral position for 30 seconds: if that’s too easy, try 1 min

R leg spiral on books! Try to hold spiral position for 30 seconds: if that’s too easy, try 1 min.

Stand on books on R leg, hold towel in front it face and twist L to R. Try it 5-10x

Stand on books on L leg, hold towel in front it face and twist R to L. Try it 5-10x

It’s OK if your balance is off! One side may be weaker than others. Just keep an open mind and keep on trying! Bonus if you can laugh at yourself 😊
