Preheat oven at 350F

For dry ingredients measure 3/4 cup almond flour

Add dry ingredients with 1/4 tsp salt to a bowl.

Mix all dry ingredients together until well blended.

Add 1/4 cup raw cacao powder to one of the halves and mix well. Set aside.

On a separate bowl add 1.5 Tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla & one egg. Repeat step for second batch.

Measure 1 cup of mashed ripen bananas and split in half. Set one half aside.

Blend the first half of wet ingredients together until smooth. Repeat steps for second batch.

For the banana bread muffins add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp cloves, 1/8 tsp nutmeg and blend.
