What you'll need
Egg Roll Wraps
Have your ingredients ready to begin.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter on the center of each wrapper. Top each with 1/2 banana.
Divide honey & cinnamon over each banana. Wet edges of wrap with water & fold up the bottom corner.
Fold in both sides, the bring the top corner down and roll. Press to seal.
Add oil to a skillet over med about 1/2 as high as the rolls. Fry for 1-2 minute, flip, fry 1-2 min.
Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to cool. Serve warm. See the full post for serving ideas.
