Banana Pineapple Bread
Heat your oven to 350 and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Line the bottom with parchment paper

In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt

In a separate large bowl whisk mashed banana, crushed pineapple, coconut sugar, eggs, avocado oil, and vanilla

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined

Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour + 10-15 minutes

It’s done when a toothpick comes cleanly out of the center. Let cool in the pan completely

Slice and devour!
