Simmer the broth, chicken, basil, cilantro sprigs, cinnamon, coriander, and garlic.

Transfer the chicken to a plate.

Strain the broth and discard the herbs and spices.

Shred the chicken.

Combine the noodles with the broth and simmer for a minute.

Add the mushrooms, bok choy, scallions, cilantro, and chicken. When veggies wilt it’s ready.
