Smoky Applewood Rub

1-2 Pounds Of Boneless Chicken Breast
Mix 1/4c Apple Cider Vinegar, 2T Brown Sugar, 2T Smoky Applewood Rub, 1t Dijon Mustard. Marinade chicken in 2T sauce for 20 minutes. Grill to cook.

Meanwhile make Cole Slaw by combining 1/3 head cabbage, chopped; 1 grated Gala Apple & 1 grated Carrot. Stir in remaining marinade/sauce to coat Slaw

In a Prep Bowl whisk together 1/4c Mayo, 1T lemon juice & 1/2tsp black pepper for an Alabama Sauce.

When chicken is fully cooked slice it into strips (using the Quick Slice).

On a flour tortilla layer chicken strips, cole slaw, and Alabama Sauce. Enjoy!
