Beef And Cabbage Pasta Bowls
Chop up about a half a head of cabbage and toss with oil

Spread the chopped cabbage onto a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400 degrees

While cabbage roasts, boil pasta according to package directions

Meanwhile, cook ground beef on medium-high heat until no longer pink inside, breaking it up as you go

Once pasta is cooked, drain and mix with tomato pasta sauce

Divide the pasta between two bowls, followed by the roasted cabbage, beef, parmesan cheese, and some fresh basil
