Beef and Quinoa Stuffed Peppers
Prepare the bell peppers. Wash, slice in half, remove seeds.

In a large sauté pan, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned.

Combine beef mixture, salt, pepper, quinoa and sauce together.

Divide mixture among peppers then pour water into pan. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove foil, top with remaining sauce and bake for 10 more minutes.
