Spread ground liver in a thin layer on a dehydrator tray or lined baking sheet.

Dry on the meat setting (155*F/68*C) in the dehydrator or at the lowest temperature in the oven.

Flip once the top is completely dry to touch. Continue drying the second side.

Break into smaller pieces.

Serve and store leftovers in an airtight container for later.
