Beef Potato Veggie Soup With Cheesy Biscuits
Cook ~454 grams ground beef. Stir in 1 tsp parsley or basil, black pepper & 1/2 tsp ground thyme.

Wash and chop veggies. I used 2 ribs celery, 1/2 pepper, & 1 med potato.

Stir veggies into cooked seasoned meat. Cook for a few minutes.

Stir in 1 tbsp frozen tomato paste.

Stir in 3 cups broth. Bring to a boil.

Mix 1 cup of flour, 1 cup grated cheese, 6 tbsp butter, & 1 egg. Form into ~8 biscuits. Bake 350F for 12-14 min.
