Beer Marinated Grilled Steak

In a bowl combine onion, garlic, jalapeño peppers, salt, pepper and Guinness beer, mix well.
Add steak and marinade in a zip lock bag and marinate for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove steak and season with salt and pepper.
Grill over medium high heat to desired doneness.
Let steak rest 5 minutes before slicing thinly. Serve and enjoy!
