Beer’d Sausage & Peppers
Slice up the sausage. I used Aidells Chicken and Apple Sausage.

Slice veggies to about the same size.

Add sliced sausage to preheated and oiled pan.

Sautée until browned. Take out of pan and set aside.

Add onions and peppers and sautée until a nice color develops.

Add sautéed sausage to veggies and mix together.

Open a beer of your choice (I prefer a light beer).

Add about half the beer... drink or share the rest!

Add about 1/2 cup of chicken stock. Let cook and get comfy with beer for a few minutes.

Turn off heat and add 1 tbps of cold butter. Mix. It will look glossy and delicious!.

Serve with crackers, as a slider, with rice, pasta or whatever your heart desires!. Buen provecho!.
