Beginner Dance Skate: Heel Cross
Heel cross is a 4 count roller dance move that you can repeat on each side.
Base position: you always start this move with your feet parallel to each other.
Right: 1. Right heel front 2. Right foot cross 3. Right heel front 4. Base position
Left: 1. left heel front 2. Left foot cross 3. Left heel front 4. Base position
Turn your body while you cross your feet
Always think about your posture: bend your knees, belly button in, eyes at the horizon
Good exercise: bend your knees and try to hold your hips in place while practicing this move
Try it at different speeds and have fun!
