1st get use to the Arm movement: bring one arm across and keep the other by your side🤩

Next you can add in the running on the spot and include the arm movement😀

2. The next run skip move is: run skip crossovers😄

First get use to the crossing motion without the rope😁

When you feel comfortable you can then start to run on the spot whilst crossing / uncrossing.💪🏻

You can then add in the rope, take it slow and repeat 🤩💯
