1. Basic Bounce. This is one of the simplest beginner moves, and a great way to keep fit!😄

Avoid❌ - try not to have arms over extended, heavy footed / looking down- This could strain your neck.

2. Boxer step Crossover✅

Side view boxer step crossover: keep arms close when crossing, stay light on your feet. Take it slow 😄👊🏼

Avoid❌ - try not to be heavy footed, look down at floor / having your arms come out to wide when opening.

3. Run skip ⚡️

Side view Run Skip: keep your arms tucked in by your side, push down with forearms, look ahead, stay light on your toes😁

Avoid❌ - try not to land heavy footed on your heels, arms too wide / straining neck by looking down
