Beginner Skipping Workout😁
Hi I’m Mia! Today’s Jumprope will include 3 beginner skipping moves for a workout. Hope you enjoy😁🙌🏻
1. Basic bounce⚡️- Repeat for 20 seconds
Side view of the basic bounce: try to stay upright, light on your feet, on your toes, push down with forearms🙌🏻
Avoid!❌ - try not to land on your heels, have arms to wide, and have your neck bouncing back and forth. Also try not to bend back with knees.
2. Run skip!💥 Repeat for 20 seconds. This move is like jogging on the spot with the rope.
Side view of run skip: try to keep arms in, staying light on your feet. And looking ahead💫
3. Skipping star jumps😁 - repeat for 20 seconds
Try to stay light on your toes, jumping shoulder width apart. Move your feet out and bring them back in like a star jump💯
Complete each exercise for 20 seconds, and choose the amount of sets you complete 🙌🏻 
Equipment needed; a workout mat, and a skipping rope!😆
