Bend Your Back With Camel Pose
Warm up spine. Inhale look up, chest up, exhale look down, round your back several times.

Continue warming up the spine with cat and cow.

Kneel on the floor, thighs parallel and feet pointing back. Bring hands to hips.

Lengthen spine, lift up the chest and slowly start to bend backwards.

Lower right hand to right heel and left hand to left heel.

Lift up chest more and bring hips forward. Keep neck long and only go as far as your body allows.

Take 2-3 breaths and slowly release. Come up the same way you came down.
