Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
What you'll need
280g
AP Flour
100g
Sugar
5g
Baking Soda
180g
Dark brown sugar
240g
Dark Chocolate chips
170g (melted)
Butter
1 egg + 1 yolk

Begin by cream together butter and sugar on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Add eggs in one at a time

Pour the flour into your butter mixture all at once. Mix just to combine

Combine together on slow speed to not over develop the gluten

Scrape down sides of your bowl and add in the chocolate chips

Let the cookie dough rest over night. Then use ice cream scoop for 100g scoops

Sheet pan is ready. Bake at 375F for 15 min

Let cookies cool completely before stacking or enjoying them. The center will still be gooey!

Store cookie dough in freezer, or enjoy them right away !!! As long as they last
