Best Ever Bourbon Apple Crisp
Make the crisp topping: Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar, and oats.
Work in softened butter with a fork, pastry cutter, or your fingertips until mixture is crumbly.
Toss apples with lemon juice, bourbon, granulated & brown sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and flour.
Add apples to a buttered 9x9” baking dish. Sprinkle with the crisp topping.
Bake at 350° F, 45-60 minutes, until apples are tender and bubbling, and the topping is golden.
Let cool at least 20-25 minutes before serving with ice cream or whipped cream.
