Best Steel Cut Oatmeal Porridge
1/2 cup steel cut oats, 2 cups water, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup raisins
Add all ingredients to a pot over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, lower heat and let simmer, uncovered, for 20 - 25 minutes. Stir frequently.
Take the pot off of the heat. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Top with fruit, nuts, seeds, brown sugar and a milk of choice.
