Coat your beef tenderloin in salt, pepper, dried thyme and garlic powder. Refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
After 4 hours, drizzle roast with olive oil and preheat your oven to 450°F. Roast for 15 minutes. Then reduce temp to 325°F for about 35 minutes.
Once your roast has an internal temperature of 125°F, remove from oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes for carving. Enjoy!
